Support
For anyone already using BuiltUp. Account and billing problems, a file that will not import, a figure that does not look right, or a feature you cannot find. A person reads it.

Media enquiries, integrations, and referral or reseller conversations. Put Press or Partnership in the subject line and say what you need and by when.
Three working days.
Security disclosure
Found a fault that could put customer data at risk? Tell us before you tell anyone else. Send the URL or endpoint, the steps to reproduce it, and what you were able to reach.
Acknowledged within two working days by a person, with an assessment within ten.
Everything is answered from the UK, in UK working hours. Anything sent on a Friday evening is picked up on Monday. If a reply has not landed inside the time above, send it again and say it is a chase, because it means the first one went astray.
