One press seals your correspondence, changes, contracts, documents, photographs and site attendance into a dated record that cannot be altered afterwards, and tells you where that record is thin. Exports as a report plus every original file, each with its own checksum. Pro and Ultimate.

Read a supplier's price list out of a PDF or a spreadsheet into your own price book. Every row carries a confidence grade and the source line it came from, and nothing is written until you confirm the grid. A row with no readable price blocks the import rather than being guessed at.

Every line on an estimate says where its rate came from: your own catalogue and rate card, a price read from a named merchant on a stated date, or a figure judged for the job. A panel totals it in money rather than in lines, ranks what is worth checking by what is at stake, and lists the products your catalogue does not hold.

An estimate is handed back as soon as it is written, and the merchant price checks carry on behind it. A bar above the grid says how many products are left, how long it has taken and when it has finished, and it says while it runs that the figures below are complete but may still move.
