What we're building next.
Roughly in order. Dates are intentions, not commitments.
Roadmap items
Web app
Live nowThe foundation. Scope generation from plans, quote building, and the client portal.
iOS and Android apps
Live nowNative apps for iOS and Android, for you, your crew and your subcontractors. Projects, costs, clients, rates and messages on site. The takeoff and the AI estimate stay on the dashboard.
Accounting sync
Live nowClients and issued invoices pushed into Xero or QuickBooks Online, automatically, as you raise them. One direction: it writes into your accounts and never reads back out of them. Connect one, not both.
Programme and weather guard
Live nowA Gantt built from the priced scope, sequenced in dependency order. It checks the forecast for the site postcode and proposes a move when a risk day lands on outdoor work. You accept or reject it. Pro and Ultimate.
Variations from the client portal
Live nowClients raise a change request from their portal. You approve it, add costs and line items, merge it into the scope, or reject it with a reason. Either way there is a dated record of what was asked for.
E-signatures
Live nowContracts issued as a link and signed in the browser, with a timestamp and an IP record. For clients and for subcontractors.
Augmented reality snagging
Intention, no datePin a snag to a wall through the phone camera, so the subcontractor gets the location rather than a description of it.
RAMS from the priced job
Live nowDrafts a risk assessment and method statement from the trades priced on the job. Hazards, controls and 5x5 scores come from the work itself rather than a template, and every document stays a draft until a named person approves it. Pro and Ultimate.
Schedule of rates (SOR)
Beta, UltimatePrice measured term work against your own schedule of rates. Import the published or bespoke schedule your contract is let under, bind a job to a term contract, and code each scope line to it with your contract uplift applied. Reissued editions import alongside the old one, so quotes already sent keep the rates they were priced at. You supply the schedule under your own licence, BuiltUp ships no rate data.
Dispute Shield
Live nowOne press seals your correspondence, changes, contracts, documents, photographs and site attendance into a dated record that cannot be altered afterwards, and tells you where that record is thin. Exports as a report plus every original file, each with its own checksum. Pro and Ultimate.
Supplier price list import
Live nowRead a supplier's price list out of a PDF or a spreadsheet into your own price book. Every row carries a confidence grade and the source line it came from, and nothing is written until you confirm the grid. A row with no readable price blocks the import rather than being guessed at.
Offline working
Intention, no dateView plans, add daily logs and tick off tasks with no signal, syncing when you reconnect. Not shipped. Do not plan around it yet.
Compliance and insurance records
Intention, no dateHold every subcontractor's insurance certificates, cards and accreditations in one place, with a reminder before each expiry date.
Site diary from voice
Intention, no dateWalk the site and talk. The day comes back as a dated log with weather, attendance from clock-ins, the notes you dictated and the photographs you took.
Workforce capacity planner
Intention, no dateEvery subcontractor and tradesperson across every live project on one timeline, so a clash is visible before it is booked.
Retention tracker
Intention, no dateTrack defects liability periods across every project, with a reminder before each release date and the retention invoice generated from the contract figures.
Tender response drafting
Intention, no dateRead a tender brief and draft the response against your own past projects and pricing, scope, programme and commercial offer, for you to check line by line.
Multi-site view
Intention, no dateEvery live site on one screen: margin against the estimate, attendance, weather risk and programme health.
Defect spotting from photographs
Intention, no datePhotograph finished work and get a list of things worth a second look before handover, tiling, alignment, sealant. A prompt to inspect, not a verdict.
Interim valuations
Intention, no dateBuild the monthly application from scope progress, instructed variations and retention, laid out so the person checking it can agree with it line by line.
Client reviews and portfolio
Intention, no dateAsk the client for a review when the job completes, and publish the ones you are given to a portfolio page. Real reviews only. The collection has to come first.
