How do I reset my password?
Head to the login page and click "Forgot password". You'll receive a reset link via email within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I import data from another platform?
Yes — BuiltUp supports CSV imports for contacts, estimates, and project data. Our team can also help with a guided migration from most major construction management tools.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing in your dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
